GoldLens provides real-time and historical spot prices for precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, and palladium), price alert notifications, portfolio tracking, daily price predictions, and related informational tools.

2. Not Financial Advice

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data, predictions, or other information provided through the Service. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account using your email address via our magic-link authentication system.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, which serves as your means of authentication.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated bots, scrapers, or excessive API requests.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the contact form or any other input.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Price Alerts and Notifications

• Price alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered instantly, or at all.
• Alert delivery depends on network connectivity, device settings, push notification services, and email delivery infrastructure, all of which are outside our full control.
• You should not rely solely on GoldLens alerts for time-sensitive trading decisions.

6. Predictions and Gamification

The daily prediction feature and achievement badges are for entertainment and engagement purposes only. Prediction outcomes are based on market data and do not constitute financial forecasts. Leaderboards and streaks are informational and carry no monetary value.

7. Portfolio Tracking

The portfolio tracking feature allows you to manually record your precious metal holdings. We calculate estimated values based on current spot prices, but these are approximations only. Actual values may vary based on premiums, dealer spreads, condition, and market conditions. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on portfolio valuations shown in the app.

8. Intellectual Property

The GoldLens name, logo, design, code, and content are the property of LDM Digital LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

GoldLens relies on third-party services including:

• MetalPriceAPI — for precious metal price data.
• Expo — for push notification delivery.
• Railway — for cloud hosting and infrastructure.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Their use is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment losses.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is currently $0 for the free tier).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LDM Digital LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
